Refund Policy

GuruOne's learner and educator platforms are being prepared for launch. This preliminary policy will apply once paid products become available.

1. Course purchases

Learners may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of course content has been consumed.

2. Live sessions

Refunds for individual live sessions may be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

3. Educator payouts

Once GuruOne opens for educators, our planned 80/20 educator revenue model will apply. Payouts are net of applicable taxes and processing fees.

Final refund terms will be published in the payment flow at launch and take precedence over this preliminary policy.
